The 2024 Fall Society Dermatology Physician Associates (SDPA) Annual Fall Dermatology Conference begins today in Las Vegas, Nevada, and ends Sunday, November 17. With the 22nd annual meeting, dermatology clinicians from across the country will gather for networking, collaboration, and engaging sessions representing a variety of dermatological conditions, research, and innovation. This year also marks an exciting milestone for the society as it celebrates its 30th anniversary.

The 4-day conference begins with opening remarks from Amber Blair, MMS, PA-C, the SDPA board president. Discussion topics include expert acne insights, updates on immunobullous disorders, treatment options for atopic dermatitis and prurigo nodularis, the role of medical science liaisons, and more.

One of the unique aspects of this year's meeting is the 3-part experience track for beginner, intermediate, and advanced physician assistants on various topics. The first experienced-based breakout covers nail disorders 101, increasing dermatologic referrals from the cosmetology field, and becoming a medical science liaison.

The conference promises a blend of education, innovation, and networking. The staff of Dermatology Times will be on-site providing live coverage, including expert interviews, session recaps, late-breaking research rundowns, and more.

As attendees are planning their must-see sessions, Dermatology Times is asking readers what topics they are most looking forward to at SDPA Fall 2024.
