New Orleans -Facial reconstruction cases provide an opportunity for surgeons to flex their creative muscles because no two cases are exactly alike. "One of the reasons I wanted to become a dermatologist and a Mohs surgeon was because every patient, every skin cancer, every reconstruction is going to be a little bit different," said Andrew Kaufman, M.D.
