Reconstruction decisions guided by multiple factors

Paris - The choice of technique for reconstruction after Mohs surgery is influenced by a number of patient- and wound-related factors, but surgeons should only begin to think about wound repair after cure is assured, James Spencer, M.D., said at the World Congress of Dermatology.
