Imiquimod finds multiple roles in perioperative skin cancer cases
Stanford, Calif. - Topical imiquimod 5 percent cream (Aldara, 3M) can be a valuable adjunct in skin cancer surgery, said Todd S. Anhalt, M.D., at "The Next Step: Mastering Cutaneous Outpatient Procedures," a continuing education program sponsored by the Stanford University department of dermatology.
