Dermatology Times: What can attendees look forward to at the Masterclasses in Dermatology 2024 Annual Meeting in Puerto Rico?

Course directors: Attendees can look forward to a meeting covering the current hot topics in dermatology presented by the acknowledged leaders in the field. Presenters are covering topics across the spectrum of medical, surgical and aesthetic dermatology. It is truly unlike any other dermatology meeting currently offered, with an interdisciplinary focus and an intimate feel.

Dermatology Times: What are current challenges in dermatology that will be discussed in sessions?

Course directors: This is the only mainstream dermatology meeting to teach ultrasound for dermatologists, we also cover the landscape on augmented intelligence, exosomes, pediatric atopic dermatitis and psoriasis, why drugs cost so much, surgical management of hidradenitis suppurativa, alternative medicine, the future of JAK inhibitor research, itch, allergy testing and many other exciting topics in the beautiful surrounds of a tropical rainforest with bioluminescent bay at the newly renovated Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico.

Dermatology Times: Tell us about the session(s) you're looking forward to most and why.

Course directors: We love the sessions presented by gastroenterologist Ryan Stidham, MD; allergist Hugh Sampson, MD; rheumatologist Catherine Bakewell, MD and plastic surgeon Dennis Orgill, MD, who give novel approaches from their perspectives about diseases we all seeeveryday. They are all very engaging, informative and entertaining.
