Are medical secrets safe? Minority groups think not
New York - The issue of patient privacy is heating up. As medical information continues on the fast track of going public, the topic has many people - especially African Americans and Hispanics - seeing red. And it also leaves some dermatologists, like Noah Scheinfeld, M.D., a bit uneasy.
