Role of intralesional photocoagulation still cloudy
New Orleans - Surface treatment with a 1064nm Nd:YAG laser has established value in the management of bleeding vascular birthmarks, but the exact role of intralesional photocoagulation with the laser has yet to be determined, Moise L. Levy, M.D., said at the annual meeting of the American Academy of Dermatology.
