Waikoloa, Hawaii - Incubation of topical 5-aminolevulinic acid (ALA) for one hour followed by intense pulsed light (IPL) treatment has been found to rapidly improve crow's feet, skin roughness, hyperpigmentation, erythema -- and now facial acne.
