This 3-step regimen includes a hair toner, shampoo, and oral supplements for patients with androgenetic alopecia, telogen effluvium, diffuse thinning, or stress-related shedding. Bomme’s dual-mechanism BLH308 complex is comprised of persimmon leaf, green tea, and sophora fruit extracts and is proven to reduce IL-6–mediated chronic inflammation, modulate 5α-reductase expression, and up-regulate Wnt-3. Ingredients like caffeine, salicylic acid, menthol, dexpanthenol, and coconut-based surfactants make the formulas safe and tolerable on all scalp and hair types, even in patients with color-treated hair and inflamed or sensitive scalps. Clinical research demonstrates the line’s synergistic effects as each product improves the density, diameter, and health of hair follicles with reduced shedding. For example, compared to placebo, density improved by 3.4 hairs/cm² and thickness increased by 6%.1 Hair shedding reduced by up to 71.6% and redness decreased by up to 20% in as little as 2 weeks. Scalp temperature also dropped by ~4°C. Immediately post-use, the root volume angle improved by ~25%. The company’s BLH308 system can be used on its own or along with conventional therapies like minoxidil and finasteride.
“As a physician and post–hair transplant patient, I have incorporated Bomme products into my regimen for the past year. The formulations are evidence-based, well-tolerated, and supported by my own dermatologist, who approved their use during my post-surgical recovery. They represent a safe, non-drug adjunct for ongoing hair wellness.” - Kenneth Fischer, MD, told Dermatology Times.
In Auro’s G Serum, high-potency glutathione (rGSH) penetrates the inner layers of the skin through Auro GSH sub-nano technology, neutralizing free radicals, slowing signs of aging, and visibly improving fine lines, uneven tone, and dullness. The quick-absorbing serum also reduces acne, atopic dermatitis, and hyperpigmentation by supporting detoxification and calming inflammation. In a 4-week clinical study of 27 female patients between the ages of 42 to 70, rapid results in skin clearness, smoothness, and evenness were measured as early as 1 week.2 At the conclusion of the trial, over 90% of patients expressed that their skin felt healthier, soothed, stronger, softer, and more even. More than 85% agreed that their sun damage looked less noticeable and their skin looked firmer, more vibrant, and less dull. Patients with redness-prone and irritated skin can find comfort and support with a fragrance-free, non-comedogenic formulation of botanicals that includes radish root ferment, dual honeysuckle, and aspen bark. Clinicians can register to receive professional pricing and referral tools through Auro Skincare’s
“The possibilities of what we can do with this technology when it comes to peptide delivery are going to be something that I'm very excited about. I get very giddy about it... when I first saw a profound impact in my patients' lives, visibly, it changed the way I looked at medicine.” - Nayan Patel, PharmD, a compounding pharmacist and CEO of Auro Skincare, said
This copper peptide serum works at a cellular level to reset the skin's natural regenerative and repair processes. By accelerating wound healing and promoting healthy tissue remodeling, it’s a perfect adjunct to in-office procedures, including lasers, microneedling, chemical peels, and surgical incisions. In a comparative study, GHK-Cu increased collagen production in 70% of patients.3 The topical cream also improves skin laxity, redness, firming, fine lines, wrinkle depth, and pigmentation; all while reducing downtime, minimizing redness and swelling, and lowering the risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation or scarring. The serum is also suitable for patients with acne scarring, aging concerns, or sensitive/reactive skin, thanks to the formulation that’s free from parabens, phthalates, synthetic fragrances, or artificial colors. Vitali offers 2% and 3% concentrations of GHK-Cu for maximum efficacy. Clinicians can purchase the product and set up a professional account
"We created Vitali Skincare to bridge the gap between advanced clinical procedures and daily at-home care. Our goal is to empower dermatologists with formulations that not only protect their work but amplify it, leading to truly transformative results and profound patient confidence.” - Debbi Barber, founder of Vitali Skincare, told Dermatology Times.
As a part of their relaunch, Amlacatin has introduced an updated barrier-friendly exfoliating lotion made specially for sensitive skin and those with keratosis pilaris. Lactic acid is paired with ginger root, making it gentle enough for daily use to smooth and soften the skin while keeping it calm and less irritated. In a blinded, controlled 2-week clinical study, 100% of patients (n = 30) saw visible and immediate redness reduction and 97% expressed that their skin looked healthier after only 2 days of use.4 Overall, all patients were satisfied and agreed that their skin felt more comfortable. The non-greasy formula is also free of fragrance, dyes, and parabens and can be used on the face and body.
“Amlactin is already a staple in my practice. Now, with the addition of Calm & Renew, I’m recommending the brand to even more patients, including those with sensitive skin. Calm & Renew’s skin-barrier-friendly formula is gentle enough to use every day to actively calm and resurface the skin on the body and face, revealing visible smoothness.” - Mara Weinstein Velez, MD, FAAD, board-certified dermatologist and director of cosmetic and laser dermatology at the University of Rochester in New York, said in a statement.
Elizabeth Grant’s patented bioactive compound technology was originally developed over 75 years ago after her skin was damaged from bomb blasts during World War II. Since then, the power of Torricelumn has evolved into a true multitasking serum, defending against 5 visible aging signs and improving the function of the skin barrier. Clinical research performed by DermaConsult GmbH in Germany demonstrated 100% improvement in firmness, elasticity, wrinkle reduction, and radiance after 30 days of use, with deep hydration increases seen within 24 hours.5 This proprietary blend of vitamins, advanced marine stem cells, peptides, collagen, amino acids, and antioxidants is suitable for all skin types and all ages, promoting replenished and resilient skin for the long term. Additionally, the all-in-one formula has no fragrances, sulphates, phthalates, or mineral oil.
“We, as women, have so often been made to feel bad about aging — even defeated by it. Our philosophy is the opposite. Aging is natural, and with the right topical help and support, you can take back control and choose how you want to age. Our formulations are designed to make that possible: real results, genuine support, and the confidence to embrace every stage of life on your own terms.” - Margot Grant Witz, Vice President of Elizabeth Grant International and granddaughter of brand founder, Elizabeth Grant, said to Dermatology Times.
A first-of-its-kind regimen, this lightweight and gentle serum and moisturizer combo was formulated specifically for the biology of men’s skin, which is proven to be thicker and more collagen-dense with twice as much sebum and deeper wrinkles compared to female skin. The company’s clinical team reviewed over 200 peer-reviewed studies on ethnopharmacology, male endocrinology, and cosmeceutical science to identify actives and create the brand’s R&D framework, B³OS+. The Great and The Hydro Layer are formulated with proprietary, biomimetic plant-based exosomes that are 1,000 times smaller than skin pores, along with longjack root and fenugreek that promote wound healing and anti-inflammatory effects. It is the first exosome technology developed with male skin in mind, and thanks to a targeted delivery system to specific dermal layers, active ingredient absorption is 20x deeper compared to other systems.6 This duo is perfect for male patients of all skin types looking to improve firmness, uneven skin tone, and signs of aging.
“Caldera + Lab’s B³OS+ R&D development framework (biology, biomimetics, biotechnology) represents a paradigm shift for the industry, from quantity-based to precision-based formulation. Exosomes not only enhance absorption and penetration but also achieve more precise delivery. Rather than overwhelming the skin with high concentrations and hoping some penetrates, we can achieve superior results with targeted delivery of optimal amounts to specific dermal layers.” - Jared Pobre, Founder and CEO of Caldera and Lab, said in a statement to Dermatology Times.
