UV Clear Blemish-Prone & Oil Balancing SPF 50 | EltaMD

EltaMD’s latest product in the UV Clear line was developed specifically for oily, acne-prone, and combination skin. The lightweight hybrid sunscreen was specifically designed to both protect and correct, pairing broad-spectrum SPF 50 protection with clinically demonstrated improvement in visible blemishes, oiliness, and pore appearance over time. In a 12-week study of 43 patients aged 18 to 45, dermatologist assessment showed a 65.41% improvement in global appearance of blemishes, 61.27% improvement in oiliness, and 25.69% improvement in pore size appearance. Additional findings included improvement in comedone size and appearance (50.47%), global acne assessment (51.16%), clarity (34.00%), radiance (33.68%), post-inflammatory erythema (69.78%), and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (78.68%).1 The non-comedogenic, fragrance-free, cosmetically elegant formula contains 11% zinc oxide, 3.5% octinoxate, 5% niacinamide, and the brand’s proprietary ZincAOXPro Technology. Clinicians can contact their EltaMD business development representative or call 888-CPSH-PRO (277-4776) to order today.

“EltaMD UV Clear Blemish-Prone & Oil Balancing SPF 50 addresses a key barrier: acne patients often avoid sunscreen due to breakout concerns. Its non-comedogenic formula with niacinamide and antioxidants helps control excess oil, reduce inflammation, support the skin barrier, and defend against environmental stressors like pollution. A matte, cosmetically elegant finish improves adherence, which is essential for consistent, real-world photoprotection.” - Aanand N. Geria, MD, FAAD, board-certified dermatologist and founder of Geria Dermatology in New Jersey, told Dermatology Times.

Hydrobiome Serum | Epicutis

This new, lightweight serum from Epicutis delivers immediate comfort for red, blemish-prone, irritated skin while supporting long-term skin health and barrier recovery. This formulation centers on 2 clinically proven actives: TCP (Disodium Tetramethylhexadecenylcysteine Formylprolinate), a patented TLR2 modulator developed by Signum Biosciences, which helps calm irritation at its source while targeting breakouts and limiting the growth of harmful bacteria, while TPNa, an advanced water-soluble form of Vitamin E, delivers powerful antioxidant protection while reinforcing the skin’s natural barrier.2 Working in harmony with the skin’s microbiome, TCP helps regulate inflammatory signaling and support the balance of beneficial flora essential to healthy skin. At the same time, TPNa strengthens the barrier to defend against environmental stressors that can disrupt skin equilibrium. It can also be a great addition for patients looking to improve their post-procedural skin care regimen.

“Epicutis Hydrobiome Serum reflects a broader shift toward microbiome-conscious, barrier-supportive skincare rooted in inflammatory pathway modulation. Rather than relying on traditional actives that can disrupt the skin, it helps reduce visible redness and calm reactivity while reinforcing barrier integrity - making it particularly useful for sensitive, blemish-prone, and post-procedure patients. This kind of targeted, biology-driven approach is where I see dermatology continuing to move, especially for patients who need results without added irritation.” - James Y. Wang, MD, MBA, Founder & CEO of Metropolis Dermatology in California, said to Dermatology Times.

Pro-Collagen Banking Water Cream | Dermalogica

Dermalogica’s new water cream preserves both collagen and elastin to keep skin firm, plump, and resilient. A targeted peptide complex is combined with water-burst technology and mineral-rich marine spring water for deep hydration in a lightweight texture. Extremophilic red algae visibly reduce lines, while biofermented radish root extract supports the skin barrier for visible bounce, perfect for aging skin. In in vitro testing and clinical 8-week trials, collagen and elastin were boosted by 44% and 56%, respectively, with visibly reduced fine lines and wrinkles in 3 days.3 According to the brand, it’s perfect to use alongside their Pro-Collagen Banking Serum to further plump the skin and preserve the barrier, especially in patients with dry, dehydrated, or prematurely-aging skin.

"As skin therapists, we understand that true skin health goes beyond correction, it's rooted in prevention. Pro-Collagen Banking Water Cream incorporates a targeted peptide complex with collagen amino acids and high-functioning antioxidants to fight environmental stress to boost or 'bank' collagen and elastin. It's a science-backed innovation that allows us to educate clients on how to invest in their future skin, today." - Heather Hickman, VP of Global Education at Dermalogica, said in a statement.

Plumping Collagen Body & Face Serum Lotion | Gold Bond

This versatile, dual-use formula is suitable for use on both the face and body, featuring ingredients like 0.1% biomimetic collagen tripeptide (Tripeptide-29), niacinamide, Citrullus lanatus fruit extract, and Selaginellalepidophylla extract. In a 4-week clinical study of 47 female patients between ages 36 and 65, the product demonstrated improvements in hydration, barrier function, texture, softness, and the appearance of wrinkles.4 The formula delivered approximately 72.5% hydration on the cheek at 15 minutes post-application, with 100% of patients showing improvement. After 3 weeks, desquamation and scaliness improved by 75.5%, particularly on the outer lower leg. All skin types could benefit, but the product was specially formulated for those with thin, dry, aging skin. Gold Bond’s new lotion is easily accessible for patients and can be found at all major drugstores.

"Gold Bond Plumping Collagen Body & Face Serum Lotion is a high‑performing formula with published clinical data for both face and body. Its efficacy is driven by functional ingredients like collagen tripeptide, which help support skin structure and boost moisture levels for a visibly plumper, healthier‑looking appearance.” - Remona Gopaul, MBA, M.Sc, Head of Research & Development at Gold Bond Co., said to Dermatology Times.

Aeonia Age Defying Serum | Delavie Sciences

Bacillus Lysate is the foundation of this anti-aging serum, dubbed by Delavie as their “hero product.” It features the brand’s patented ingredient, Bacillus Lysate, born from research on the exterior of the International Space Station and recognized as Certified Space Technology by the Space Foundation. Bacillus Lysate is scientifically proven to boost hyaluronic acid production by over 200%, activate longevity enzymes (Sirtuins), reduce hyperpigmentation, and sequester UVA-induced free radicals. In clinical trials, the serum has been shown to improve gross elasticity by up to 39% immediately after the first use, as well as improve skin radiance by 15% on average. After 14 days, skin radiance increases by up to 75%, and after 28 days, skin smoothness improves by up to 52% while visible signs of aging like fine lines and wrinkles are reduced by up to 53%. 100% of study participants reported healthier, more youthful-looking skin, agreeing that their skin looked and felt replenished, with less dryness and roughness.5 It’s suitable for all skin types and patients looking to improve hyperpigmentation, firmness, tightness, moisture, and brightness.

"Today’s consumers are seeking evidence‑backed, easy‑to‑use products that deliver real impact on both their appearance and their confidence. The true holy grail of skincare is finding solutions that not only address key aesthetic concerns but also empower users to feel their best. At Delavie Sciences, we are driven to create advanced formulations that target the visible signs of aging while incorporating our own patented ingredients—delivering results that reassure, embolden, and empower individuals to live the life they deserve.” - Kyle Landry, PhD, co-founder and president of Delavie Sciences, told Dermatology Times.
