Vienna -- Oral pimecrolimus is an effective and well-tolerated treatment for certain inflammatory skin diseases, such as chronic plaque psoriasis and atopic dermatitis, according to Klaus Wolff, M.D., F.R.C.P., professor of dermatology and chairman, department of dermatology, University of Vienna, Austria.
