Dermatologists steer clear of in-office surgical mishaps
New Orleans - The reality of the circumstances surrounding deaths and injuries among patients undergoing office-based surgery is much different from the media portrayal of those events and raises questions about medical board and government regulations aiming to limit the procedures, Brett Coldiron, M.D., said at the annual meeting of the American Academy of Dermatology.
