Alma lasers launches new hair removal device

Alma Lasers has released its latest innovative hair removal device, the SopranoICE. Highlights include the light weight handset, increased speed, improved performance and a 12-inch interactive screen.

The new device is said to be extremely lightweight in comparison to previous models, which helps operators avoid fatigue, the company states. New engineering allows its operators to work at twice the speed of other devices.  

The device has "… the ability to treat at 10 hertz per second," Alma states. The product is approved by the Food and Drug Administration and is safe to be used on patients year-round.

In addition, the SopranoICE works with both heating and cooling elements to comfort patients. Because of gradual heating, analgesics can be omitted.
