Two antioxidants team up against UV light
Los Angeles -- With the knowledge that users apply only one-fourth to one-fifth of the sunscreen necessary to achieve the full SPF and resultant UV protection, additional protections are needed to deflect skin cancer, according to Sheldon Pinnell, M.D., J. Lamar Callaway professor emeritus of dermatology, Duke University Medical Center.
