, resveratrol has been shown in mice to shrink tumors and kill malignant cancer cells without harming healthy cells in skin melanoma, breast cancer, neuroblastoma, ocular melanoma and retinal blastoma.

Researchers have been studying resveratrol’s treatment potential for cancers for five years, and recently applied for permission to use resveratrol in treating babies and children with neuroblastoma, associatedcontent.com reports.
