DALLAS - When performing cosmetic blepharoplasty, surgeons should always remember it is an elective procedure and its results will be judged by how well they meet the patient's expectations, Jeffrey A. Nerad, M.D., said at the annual meeting of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery/American College of Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Cutaneous Oncology.
