Brett Coldiron, M.D., a dermatologist and clinical assistant professorof dermatology at the University of Cincinnati, Ohio, gets audited everyyear by Medicare. He was so frustrated by the system and what it does towell-meaning dermatologists that he became a master "medical chartsman"and an expert on the topic.
