Linchpins of successful cosmetic dermatology practice: patients, support staff, latest technology

A cosmetic dermatology practice tends to operate by a different set of rules than the typical physician-centered dermatology practice. Overhead is high and support staff includes aestheticians, marketing experts and patient-care coordinators who function much like concierges.
