San Francisco - In the United States surgery is the modality of choice for treatment of most primary as well as many recurrent lentigo maligna (LM), but there are a number of alternative options to consider for unresectable lesions, Glenn D. Goldman, M.D., said at the annual meeting of the American Academy of Dermatology.
