Intermittent rash
A 16 year old female presents with a two month history of “skin problems”. She tells you that she recently noticed the development of intermittently and mildly pruritic rash on her abdomen. She is not taking any medications, and she has not been in close contact with anyone who has similar symptoms. Other than the mild pruritus, she feels well and does not have any other concerns.
