Fluoroquinolone misuse in ER creates concern

Toronto - The first study ever of emergency room use of fluoroquinolones - the newest and most effective of the quinolone antibiotics - paints an "alarming" picture, according to lead researcher, Ebbing Lautenbach, M.D., M.P.H.
