Dr. Levan donates to Jerusalam hospital
Bakersfield, Calif. - A 90-year-old dermatologist who donated millions of dollars to Bakersfield College last fall is now helping a Jerusalem hospital.

Bakersfield, Calif. - A 90-year-old dermatologist who donated millions of dollars to Bakersfield College last fall is now helping a Jerusalem hospital.
Norman Levan, M.D., is giving $5 million to Shaare Zedek Medical Center and an Israeli university, the Bakersfield Californian reports.
The donation will establish a pediatric ophthalmology unit at the hospital and a humanities center at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
