Digital Photos: Will they hold up in a court of law?

Dr. Doe has a large dermatology practice with a special emphasis on treating patients with atypical nevi and malignant melanoma. He is known for his careful photographic documentation of pigmented lesions and sees all his patients with multiple atypical nevi every six to 12 months.
