Diamond could be surgeon's best friend

Charleston, S.C. - The diamond laser scalpel offers a degree of surgical precision not possible with a laser beam or steel scalpel, according to Harley Freiberger, M.D., director of the Charleston Laser & Cosmetic Surgery Center.
