Caffeine Connection

Piscataway, N.J. - The topical application of caffeine or epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) inhibited tumor formation in mice that were at high risk of skin cancer following a period of UVB irradiation in a laboratory study conducted at Rutgers University, New Jersey.
