Am I Liable for Effects of Smallpox Vaccine?

Dr. Pox is a leading dermatologist in his community and known for his expertise in cutaneous infectious diseases. He has a private dermatology practice and is on the staff at several local hospitals and a nearby major university dermatology residency program. Should there be a smallpox- related terrorist event, his office will be at the forefront in seeing infected patients. Dr. Pox has a rigorous OSHA program in his office. His staff have all either received or opted not to receive the hepatitis B vaccine. All of his medical staff have undergone PPD testing. Several of his nurses are concerned about their possible exposure to smallpox in the upcoming year. His staff is mostly under 30 years of age and therefore never received smallpox vaccinations
