What to know at the 2005 AAD meeting

Camp AAD will provide in-house childcare for infants 6 months to children up to 6 years old. Preregistration is required but limited space may be available for those who wish to make arrangements on site.

E-mail/message center: The center is located in Lobby H at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center and will be open daily from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Telephone messages may be received at the center. This telephone number will be (504) 670-4000.

Business Service Center: The business service center located in the Convention Center will be open Friday, February 18 through Tuesday, February 22. Services available include photocopying, transparencies, FAX transmission and receipt, FedEx and UPS drop point. Payment is required at time of service and credit cards are accepted.

Audio Recording Sales: Audio recordings of selected education sessions will be available for purchase in Lobby H at the Convention Center.

Restaurant Reservations: A restaurant reservations desk will be open in Lobby G to make reservations or to give dining suggestions. The hours are: February 17, 1:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.; February 18-21, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Technical Exhibits: Technical exhibits are located in Halls F-H. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., February 19-21.

Poster Exhibits: Poster presenters will be available at their displays during the following hours:
