Mystro Revive Renewing Serum | skinbetter science

The brand’s latest innovation uniquely addresses the visible effects of hormonal changes during perimenopause and menopause, such as dryness, dullness, loss of elasticity, and the appearance of lines and wrinkles. Combining P.A.T.H. and TAP technologies with 13 plant-based adaptogens and key antioxidants, including niacinamide, tocopherol, and alpha lipoic acid, the product boosts the skin’s ability to tolerate stressors and repair itself at a cellular level. Ceramides, cholesterol, and glycerin work to hydrate and strengthen the integrity of the barrier while restoring skin’s vitality and luminosity. In a multi-center, 16-week trial, peri- and menopausal female patients 46 years of age and over with fine-to-moderate wrinkles, mild-to-moderate elastosis, and crepey skin, used the serum twice daily.1 Investigators reported a 32% improvement in crepey skin, a 22% improvement in wrinkles, a 53% improvement in rough texture, and a 27% improvement in skin barrier function. Hydration levels also increased by 35% immediately and then 60% by the conclusion of the trial, with over 90% of patients noting plumper, soothed skin.

“Amidst the surge of skincare products marketed toward women in perimenopause and menopause, skinbetter science's Mystro Revive Renewing Serum is uniquely poised to target the visible effects of estrogen decline on skin texture and tone...The dermatologist and plastic surgeon-led clinical trial delivered meaningful results for this patient population of women." - Deanne Mraz Robinson, MD, FAAD, co-founder of Modern Dermatology and DMR Research in Westport, Connecticut, assistant clinical professor of dermatology at Yale University of Medicine, and Dermatology Times Editorial Advisory Board member, said.

Fortifying Peptide Shield | KARYNG by Dr. Karyn Grossman

Founded by Karyn Grossman, MD, director of Grossman Dermatology in Santa Monica, California, and New York, New York, KARYNG utilizes its patented Pro-Verte complex in all of its formulas. The newest product in the line combines this with Bio-Placenta growth factors and Neodermyl to address multiple pathways of aging simultaneously—collagen and elastin synthesis, inflammation reduction, pigment reduction, and oxidative-stress defense. Botanical actives such as licorice root extract, niacinamide, echinacea, phloretin, and rosemary extracts demonstrate anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects for uneven tone, dullness, or post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. In vitro data demonstrated a 30 to 40% fibroblast proliferation, along with improved dermal thickness and wrinkle reduction when exposed to epidermal and fibroblast growth factors within 8 weeks.2 Designed for both preventive and corrective care, it can be used by patients of all ages, particularly those who are in between in-office treatments and are looking for a “bridge therapy” to manage sensitive, post-procedural skin. For patients interested in sustainable products, this serum is vegan, cruelty-free, and free of parabens, PEGs, and synthetic fragrance.

“This product was designed to be both a skin health and anti-aging formulation...It provides a comprehensive plan for age maintenance and anti-aging benefits. Through the multiple complimentary ingredients and pathways activated, patients can achieve a broad-based improvement in their skin.” - Grossman told Dermatology Times.

Follicle Regenerative Spray | KERACELL MD

This distinct spray treatment contains clinically validated Multiple Human Cell Stem Cell Technology (MHCsc), targeting hair loss for both male and female patients. The MHCsc extract is derived from an optimized proprietary blend of fibroblast and mesenchymal cells with over 542 matrix proteins, peptides, growth factors, cytokines, and antioxidants. In fact, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry was performed at Stanford University’s Proteomics Core Facility to detect the full array of proteins and peptides.3 Key essential oils also help to improve circulation and invigorate the scalp. According to the brand, it is ideal for patients undergoing hair transplants, scalp platelet-rich plasma therapy, or micro-needling treatments to maximize hair growth potential. Twice daily use will help to slow hair shedding and stimulate thicker, fuller-looking hair. All KERACELL MD products are only available through physicians and medical spas across the country.

"The spray makes a clear difference in my post-procedural patients. I'm very careful about the products I use when skin and hair is in such a delicate state. After a few comparison trials, it was obvious. The serum definitely accelerated the healing, and just as importantly, with no ill effects." - Deniz J. Gocken, MD, FACS, board-certified plastic surgeon at Boris Cosmetic in Los Angeles, California, said to Dermatology Times.

Barrier Shield Moisturizer | SHERAK

As the final product in SHERAK’s 3-step Skin Renewal Chemistry System, the Barrier Shield Moisturizer was designed specifically for women over 40 looking to visibly reduce wrinkles, restore firmness, and protect the barrier. Powered by the proprietary Pentapeptide Matrix, the active formulation works at the cellular level, preventing transepidermal water loss and shielding against environmental stressors. Additives like bakuchiol, Reishi spore polysaccharides, and Baobab seed protein work to improve skin cell regeneration in those with sensitive, mature skin, leaving the face hydrated, smooth, and radiant. This unique formula utilizes 5 times the average amount of peptides compared to similar products in the market.4

"For women in their 40s and beyond, peptides have become essential in supporting the skin’s collagen renewal pathways, improving elasticity, and reinforcing overall barrier health. As a clinical educator, I’m constantly seeking advanced skin care innovations, and the Sherak Barrier Shield Moisturizer is the latest in luxury peptide-based skin care. Its biotechnology-driven peptide complex, paired with ceramides and antioxidants, delivers the barrier reinforcement and renewal signals mature skin needs, making it an ideal at-home solution for maintaining firmer, more resilient skin between professional treatments.” – Iman Shamloul, PA-C, clinical director of OVME Aesthetics in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, told Dermatology Times.

Regenerative Complex | MUMUK

This complex is a concentrated 5% percent growth factor and antioxidant serum, supporting visible skin renewal with low irritation. Bioengineered epidermal growth factors mimic natural cellular signaling to help improve firmness, texture, and the appearance of fine lines. A peptide blend targets expression lines, a fermented probiotic complex reinforces the barrier, and Tremella mushroom extract provides long-lasting hydration. The airless pump packaging uniquely protects these ingredients from oxidation and environmental exposure. In a 21-day study, 94% of patients reported smoother skin, 91% saw improved texture and hydration, and 89% said their skin looked younger.5 This is ideal for patients looking for regenerative results but are typically irritated by retinoids or other actives. It is also a suitable complement to prescription topicals, as it is safe for sensitive, reactive, dehydrated, and impaired skin. Wholesale clinic partnerships are available upon request, if interested.

"MUMUK’s Regenerative Complex incorporates three mechanistically sound actives in a gentle formulation for collagen synthesis, epidermal renewal, and microbiome balance. It is a promising evidence-aligned product in the patient regenerative space." - Claire Schwegel Del Signore, DNP, FNP-BC, nurse practitioner and aesthetic injector at Velour Medical in New York, New York, told Dermatology Times.

Growth Factor Repair Cream | Vitality Institute

This brand-new moisturizer was designed with restorative and regenerative properties for the repair of dehydrated and chronically inflamed skin. It combines 5 bioactive growth factors with a multi-peptide blend, vitamin C derivatives, and niacinamide to improve radiance, support healthier collagen and elastin production, and reduce the appearance of discoloration. Ceramides, hyaluronic acid, and botanical oils also help to rebuild the barrier, calm inflammation, and restore the skin’s natural defenses. In 2-week clinical testing, the cream boosted patients’ hydration by 83%, elasticity by 32%, and surface spots by 18%.6 This product is recommended for patients with sensitive dry skin, hyperpigmentation, loss of firmness, or those consistently using actives in their at-home routine. The vegan, cruelty-free, gluten-free, paraben-free, and fragrance-free formula is also a great adjunct for patients recovering from peels, microneedling, or non-ablative laser treatments. Interested clinicians can purchase through their local Vitality Institute representative or email orders@vipeel.com.

"So many patients feel like their skin is always in recovery mode—red, irritated, or just not bouncing back. That’s exactly why we created the VI Derm Growth Factor Repair Cream. It’s a restorative formula that works in harmony with the skin’s natural repair process. It helps rebuild the barrier, reduce inflammation (the root of so many issues like discoloration and premature aging), and lay the foundation for healthy, resilient skin. Because when your skin is truly supported, every treatment you do can work better and deliver longer-lasting results." - Marya Khalil-Otto, LE, CEO of Vitality and daughter of Founder, Abdala Khalil, MD, said in a statement to Dermatology Times.
