Nourishing Silk | FACTORFIVE Skincare

This milky serum was originally developed at the request of providers for use in post-treatment applications when the skin is inflamed and compromised. Clinicians who work closely with the brand were looking for a fragrance-free, non-silicone option that provided occlusive coverage and supported healing. Beyond post-treatment, daily use of the silk reduces wrinkles and provides extra hydration with stem-cell-derived proteins, peptides, and antioxidants, especially in patients with inflamed and sensitive skin. When compared against a leading silicone-based product in a double-blind study, it showed superior benefits and improved the appearance of wrinkles in only 4 weeks.1 Although ideal for all skin types, this serum is recommended especially for those with a compromised barrier and/or with conditions such as acne or rosacea.

“We incorporate Dynamic Culture Media composed of growth factors, peptides, antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory molecules secreted by adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells, which are the cells responsible for skin repair and health. We harness the skin’s own natural proteins that stem cells are normally secreting to stimulate growth and repair and incorporate that into every product we make to help ameliorate a multitude of skin issues,” - Dave Stachura, PhD, Chief Operations Officer of FACTORFIVE, said to Dermatology Times.

Stellar M22 | Lumenis

Stellar M22 with XPL Technology is an FDA-cleared, multi-application technology designed to treat over 30 indications across all skin types. It combines 4 advanced technologies, including XPL (Expert Pulsed Light), with 8 wavelength ranges, sub-pulsing technology, and the proprietary Advanced Pulse Design for precision and control. Clinical data presented at the recent Annual American Society for Dermatologic Surgery meeting show clearance rates of 76 to 100% for both vascular and pigmented lesions after a single XPL session, with single-pass treatments achieving 51 to 75% clearance.2 Meeting the trend of prejuvenation, the device comfortably creates natural results and delivers superior patient outcomes. For more personalized treatment, it can be combined with Lumenis’ other devices like PhotoFABULOUS and SmoothGlo.

“The Stellar M22 with XPL Technology is essential in my New York practice, helping patients look like the best version of themselves at every age. Its advanced pulse design, sub-pulsing, and versatile wavelengths give me the precision to treat even the most complex concerns safely and effectively, with results that look natural. The new XPL glide mode creates a whole new treatment experience: faster, more comfortable rejuvenating sessions with minimal downtime, which fits perfectly with my patients’ busy, on-the-go lives. It’s a smart, science-driven platform I trust every day, built on technology I’ve been using in my practice for nearly 30 years.” Doris Day, MD, FAAD, board-certified dermatologist at Day Cosmetic, Laser, and Comprehensive Dermatology in New York, New York, and Clinical Professor of Dermatology at the New York University Langone Medical Center, told Dermatology Times.

TopicalRx Beard Formula | Happy Head

Happy Head's TopicalRx Beard Formula is a prescription-strength, dermatologist-developed treatment for patients with patchy, thin, or uneven beard growth. Targeting multiple stages of the hair growth cycle, this 8-in-1 formula simultaneously activates dormant follicles, extends the growth phase, and improves hair density. The brand’s proprietary lipodermal delivery system retains active ingredients in the epidermis, while minimizing potential adverse effects and maximizing local efficacy. As a more advanced approach, the formula combines vasodilators, anti-inflammatory agents, and growth-promoting compounds with up to 8% Minoxidil, the strongest available concentration.3 With consistent daily use via an easy-to-use, airless pump, patients can see results within 3 to 6 months. Patients who have struggled to see improvement with over-the-counter therapies could benefit from this unique product. Dermatology clinicians can direct patients to the Happy Head telehealth platform for a consultation and referring providers can participate in Happy Head's Physician/Derm Program.

"Our Topical Beard Formula was designed to solve one of the biggest frustrations men face when trying to grow a thicker, fuller beard. By combining 8 of the strongest FDA-approved and dermatologist-recommended ingredients into a once-daily, mess-free pump, we've created a prescription solution that not only stimulates new growth but also improves density and overall beard health—backed by science and years of clinical expertise.” - Ben Behnam, MD, FAAD, board certified dermatologist at Dermatology and Hair Restoration Specialists in Santa Monica, California, and co-founder of Happy Head, said to Dermatology Times.

MF Stemcell Scalp Essence & Cleanser | T Stem Care

T Stem Care products are built around a membrane-free adipose-derived stem cell constituent extract (branded as MF-STEM). These bioactive factors are derived from human adipose stem cells, not plant cells. In a randomized, double-blind, vehicle-controlled trial, 38 patients with androgenetic alopecia saw an increase in hair counts and diameter after 16 weeks when compared to the control group.4 This cleanser and essence duo purify, hydrate, and strengthen the scalp and hair strands, along with anti-inflammatory effects, thanks to human growth factors. Patients with scalp conditions who are looking to renew their hair’s vitality and health would be ideal for this regimen.

"Membrane Free Stem Cell Extract regenerates all tissues of the scalp and treats hair loss, so even if treatment is stopped, the effect does not disappear immediately but last for a long time. This is the difference from synthetic hair loss treatments that disappear immediately when treatment is stopped,” - Won-woo Lee, MD, dermatologist, professor, and researcher in at the Seoul National University College of Medicine in South Korea, said in a statement to Dermatology Times.

Needle Lift Peel Serum | YA-MAN Medi Lift

This powerful serum is designed to exfoliate and brighten the skin with exfoliating ingredients like mandelic acid, pear juice ferment, glycolic acid, and gluconolactone, along with nourishing properties like retinyl palmitate, cyanocobalamin, tocopherol, and ascorbic acid. Powered by the brand’s Micro-Spicule technology, these properties work together to synergistically improve brightness and skin texture for a radiant, firmer, and smoother looking complexion.5 This technology deepens absorption via 600,000 microscopic needle-like structures along with 5 botanical extracts, 3 forms of hyaluronic acid, and 3 types of collagen. It’s ideal for patients who are looking to improve fine lines, dark spots, and clogged pores.

"As a dermatologist, I recommend the Needle Lift Peel Serum to anyone looking to improve tone, texture, and radiance—without irritation. It’s ideal for patients who want to brighten dull or uneven skin while also refining pores and softening fine lines. The blend of AHAs, Vitamin C, and Retinyl Palmitate works synergistically, while Micro-Spicule technology enhances absorption for deeper results. I find it especially beneficial for those beginning an anti-aging regimen or seeking to maintain smooth, luminous skin between professional treatments." - Bertha Baum, DO, FAAD, FAOCD, board-certified dermatologist and cosmetic surgeon at Aventura Dermatology & Aesthetics in Aventura, Florida, told Dermatology Times.
