MacroChem announces phase 2 data for EcoNail in treatment of onychomychosis
New York - MacroChem Corporation announces results of a phase 2 clinical trial of EcoNail,a topical antifungal for the treatment of onychomychosis, according to Earthtimes.org.

- MacroChem Corporation announces results of a phase 2 clinical trial of EcoNail,a topical antifungal for the treatment of onychomychosis, according to Earthtimes.org.
An expert panel assessed clinical photographs of 37 onychomychosis patients who completed 48 weeks of EnoNail treatment in the U.S. multi-center, open-label efficacy and safety study.
The panel observed that 24 patients (65 percent) showed evidence of clinical improvement.
