Doctors report successful full face transplant in Spain
Barcelona, Spain - Doctors here performed what they are calling a successful face transplant on a Spanish man in his 30s, All Headline News reports.

Barcelona, Spain - Doctors here performed what they are calling a successful face transplant on a Spanish man in his 30s, All Headline News reports.
In a 24-hour procedure performed March 20, the man - who had been accidently shot in the face five years ago - received new lips, tear ducts, cheekbones, and a new jaw and nose.
The surgery was performed by a 15-member team working in three-hour shifts. The man was one of four candidates for the surgery, according to the report.
