Berwyn, Pa. - DermAvance Pharmaceuticals, a privately heldspecialty dermatology pharmaceutical company, has appointed KeithA. Greathouse as president and chief executive officer. The companyalso announced the launch of its first products, including Vivelif,a topical therapy to address visible signs of aging.

Berwyn, Pa. - DermAvance Pharmaceuticals, a privately held specialty dermatology pharmaceutical company, has appointed Keith A. Greathouse as president and chief executive officer. The company also announced the launch of its first products, including Vivelif, a topical therapy to address visible signs of aging.

Mr. Greathouse was formerly executive vice president for Sanofi-Aventis Dermatology (Dermik).
