Schaumburg, Ill. - The American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) has launched a public service advertisement campaign to communicate the dangers of indoor tanning to teens.
Featured are television, radio and print advertisements that highlight the risks of skin cancer and skin damage associated with tanning.
The campaign aims to target teenagers - particularly girls - before they start tanning and to educate them about the dangers, the AAD says.
